Ford Vehicles have gone through a slight rise in their retail price recently. The prices for this particular model have risen.
The retail prices for Ford cars have increased during the last 6 months. In October the price for a car is $478,984 increasing till $511,080 in November. During the following two months (December, January) the average selling price rose somewhat going from $495,032 to $536,317.5. The average price has risen 8 % during the last two months. This result was obtained based on the price for the first four months (PRECIO1!) and the price ($557,917.5) during February and March.
The average price for Ford has remained constant in recent years. Between "before 2000" and 2020, the average price is $57,220.59. There was a significant inflation of the average price in "before 2000" ($66,633) moving up till ($96,907)in 2020. During the next two years (2021, 2022) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 105 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone up 7 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This conclusion was reached from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample ($125,835) and the the last two years that were studied (2023, 2024) with a price of $134,105.
The graph that displays the price for Ford cars according to their mileage shows that those cars within a mileage range of "more than 200,000" are the ones with the lowest price. They are 88 % more affordable than the average price ($563,674). Next with a price of $121,434 and a mileage range of "25,000 - 50,000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most affordable cars is "less than 10,000". It is 27% less expensive than the average market value followed by those cars with a mileage of "100,000 - 200,000" priced at $229,225.
The graph showing the average price for the fuel type for Ford cars points out to "Flexible Fuel" as being the cheapest fuel type. It is 88 % less expensive than the average market price ($563,674) followed by "Gas" priced at $121,529. On average the cheapest type of fuel is "Diesel". It´s price is 64 % more affordable than the average market value followed by "Gasoline" with a price of $199,820.
The graph showing the average price for Ford cars displays those with 5 doors as the cheapest ones. They are 98 % more affordable than the average price ($563,674). These are followed by those with 3 doors with an average price of $75,366. Cars with the lowest average price have 4 !doors and are 76 % cheaper than the average followed by those with 2 doors with a selling price of $101,991.
