This price hardly went through any changes and remained at $26,600 during October. The average selling price has remained fairly constant during the following two months, going from $26,862 to $26,522.5. During the last couple of months, the average price has hardly changed, remaining the same going from $26,692.25 to $26,971.5 during January and February.

There was a significant inflation of the average price in "before 2000" ($6,593) moving up till ($15,174)in 2019.
