This price hardly went through any changes and remained at $75,786 during December. The average selling price has remained fairly constant during the following two months, going from $75,970.5 to $76,163. During the last couple of months, the average price has hardly changed, remaining the same going from $76,066.75 to $77,007.5 during March and April.
