Audi Vehicles have gone through a strong increase in their selling price recently. There has been a considerable inflation in the selling prices for this model.
The retail prices for Audi cars have gone through a strong rise during the last 6 months. During the first month analyzed in May the average price was $171,544. June went through a strong inflation with a rise in the price till $605,439. During the following two months (July, August) the average selling price experienced a noticeable rise, going up 26 % from $388,491.5 to $488,780. In the last two months, the price has gone through a strong devaluation of -58 % compared to the 4 previous average values going down from $438,635.75 to $182,455.5.
The average price for Audi has had a strong rise in recent years. Between "before 2000" and 2017, the average price is $28,709.84. There was a significant inflation of the average price in "before 2000" ($7,133) moving up till ($100,421)in 2017. During the next two years (2018, 2019) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 208 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone through a strong rise of 17 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This was taken from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample ($106,777) and the the last two years that have been analyzed (2020, 2021) with a price of $125,093.5.
