BMW Vehicles have gone through a strong increase in their selling price recently. There has been a considerable inflation in the selling prices for this model.
The retail prices for BMW cars have gone through a strong rise during the last 6 months. During the first month analyzed in May the average price was $175,526. June went through a strong inflation with a rise in the price till $921,885. During the following two months (July, August) the average selling price experienced a noticeable rise, going up 61 % from $548,705.5 to $882,733.5. In the last two months, the price has gone through a strong devaluation of -70 % compared to the 4 previous average values going down from $715,719.5 to $216,648.
The average price for BMW has had a strong rise in recent years. Between "before 2000" and 2017, the average price is $34,190.47. There was a significant inflation of the average price in "before 2000" ($32,275) moving up till ($70,679)in 2017. During the next two years (2018, 2019) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 221 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone up 5 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This conclusion was reached from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample ($115,803.5) and the the last two years that were studied (2020, 2021) with a price of $121,754.
The graph that displays the price for BMW cars according to their mileage shows that those cars within a mileage range of "more than 200,000" are the ones with the lowest price. They are 98 % more affordable than the average price ($264,988). Next with a price of $41,057 and a mileage range of "100,000 - 200,000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most affordable cars is "less than 10,000". It is 38% less expensive than the average market value followed by those cars with a mileage of "10,000 - 25,000" priced at $121,157.
The graph showing the average price for the fuel type for BMW cars points out to "Hybrid" as being the cheapest fuel type. It is 87 % less expensive than the average market price ($264,988) followed by "Diesel" priced at $40,178. On average the cheapest type of fuel is "Gasoline". It´s price is 49 % more affordable than the average market value followed by "Gas" with a price of $126,763.

They are 57 % cheaper than the average price for this model priced at $113,893. Cars with the lowest price have 4 doors and are 54 % cheaper than the average previously displayed.
