Cadillac Vehicles have gone through a strong increase in their selling price recently. There has been a considerable inflation in the selling prices for this model.
The retail prices for Cadillac cars have gone through a strong rise during the last 6 months. During the first month analyzed in May the average price was $133,003. June went through a strong inflation with a rise in the price till $926,413. During the following two months (July, August) the average selling price experienced a noticeable rise, going up 63 % from $529,708 to $862,600.5. In the last two months, the price has gone through a strong devaluation of -62 % compared to the 4 previous average values going down from $696,154.25 to $265,372.5.
The average price for Cadillac has had a strong rise in recent years. Between "before 2000" and 2017, the average price is $26,220.63. There was a significant inflation of the average price in "before 2000" ($14,144) moving up till ($71,237)in 2017. During the next two years (2018, 2019) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 225 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone up 12 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This conclusion was reached from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample ($96,833.75) and the the last two years that were studied (2020, 2021) with a price of $108,323.
