Chevrolet Vehicles have experienced a considerable decrease in their selling price recently. This model has gone through a strong reduction in its selling price.
The selling price for Chevrolet cars has had a strong depreciation during the last 6 months we have studied. The average price in November was of $995,927. This price hardly went through any changes and remained at $999,996 during December. The following two months the selling price went through a strong reduction of -77 % compared to the previous two months studied. In the last two months, the price has gone through a strong devaluation of -60 % compared to the 4 previous average values going down from $616,089.25 to $243,813.5.
The average price for Chevrolet has had a strong rise in recent years. Between "before 2000" and 2018, the average price is $50,202.1. There was a significant inflation of the average price in "before 2000" ($44,276) moving up till ($85,094)in 2018. During the next two years (2019, 2020) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 117 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone up 7 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This conclusion was reached from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample ($116,681.5) and the the last two years that were studied (2021, 2022) with a price of $124,350.5.
The graph that displays the price for Chevrolet cars according to their mileage shows that those cars within a mileage range of "more than 200,000" are the ones with the lowest price. They are 82 % more affordable than the average price ($229,748). Next with a price of $66,428 and a mileage range of "100,000 - 200,000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most affordable cars is "less than 10,000". It is 9% less expensive than the average market value followed by those cars with a mileage of "50,000 - 100,000" priced at $114,631.
The graph showing the average price for the fuel type for Chevrolet cars points out to "Flexible" as being the cheapest fuel type. It is 78 % less expensive than the average market price ($229,748) followed by "Diesel" priced at $89,114. On average the cheapest type of fuel is "Gas". It´s price is 46 % more affordable than the average market value followed by "Gasoline" with a price of $120,412.

These are followed by those with 3 doors with an average price of $45,438. Cars with the lowest average price have 2 !doors and are 51 % cheaper than the average followed by those with 4 doors with a selling price of $84,784.
