Fleetwood Vehicles have experienced a considerable decrease in their selling price recently. This model has gone through a strong reduction in its selling price.
The selling price for Fleetwood cars has had a strong depreciation during the last 6 months we have studied. In September the average price per vehicle is $122,687. During October the price went trough a strong deflation till $64,552. During the following two months (November, December) the average selling price rose somewhat going from $93,619.5 to $105,247.5. The average price has risen 5 % during the last two months. This result was obtained based on the price for the first four months (PRECIO1!) and the price ($104,769) during January and February.
The average price for Fleetwood has had a strong rise in recent years. Between "before 2000" and 2018, the average price is $72,314.6. There was a significant inflation of the average price in "before 2000" ($16,404) moving up till ($132,474)in 2018. During the next two years (2019, 2020) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 153 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have experienced a depreciation of -6 % compared to the average prices for the previous 4 years. This has been obtained from prices from the the previous four years in a previous sample ($171,616.25) and the the last two years analyzed (2021, 2022) with a price of $160,487.5.
The graph that displays the price for Fleetwood cars according to their mileage shows that those cars within a mileage range of "100,000 - 200,000" are the ones with the lowest price. They are 63 % more affordable than the average price ($107,752). Next with a price of $46,299 and a mileage range of "50,000 - 100,000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most affordable cars is "less than 10,000". It is 9% less expensive than the average market value followed by those cars with a mileage of "10,000 - 25,000" priced at $89,049.
The graph showing the average price for the fuel type for Fleetwood cars points out to "Gasoline" as being the cheapest fuel type. It is 37 % less expensive than the average market price ($107,752) followed by "Diesel" priced at $146,271. On average the most expensive type of fuel is "Diesel". It´s price is 36 % higher than the average market price followed by "Gasoline" which costs $67,736.
