Jeep Vehicles have experienced a considerable decrease in their selling price recently. This model has gone through a strong reduction in its selling price.
The selling price for Jeep cars has had a strong depreciation during the last 6 months we have studied. During the first month analyzed in November the average price was $426,246. December went through a strong inflation with a rise in the price till $781,278. The following two months the selling price went through a strong reduction of -79 % compared to the previous two months studied. In the last two months, the price has gone through a strong devaluation of -66 % compared to the 4 previous average values going down from $365,678.5 to $123,325.5.
The average price for Jeep has had a strong rise in recent years. Between "before 2000" and 2018, the average price is $30,922.55. There was a significant inflation of the average price in "before 2000" ($20,041) moving up till ($88,127)in 2018. During the next two years (2019, 2020) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 137 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone through a strong rise of 19 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This was taken from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample ($90,884.25) and the the last two years that have been analyzed (2021, 2022) with a price of $108,480.5.
The graph that displays the price for Jeep cars according to their mileage shows that those cars within a mileage range of "more than 200,000" are the ones with the lowest price. They are 86 % more affordable than the average price ($120,838). Next with a price of $38,665 and a mileage range of "100,000 - 200,000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most affordable cars is "less than 10,000". It is 1% less expensive than the average market value followed by those cars with a mileage of "25,000 - 50,000" priced at $83,721.
The graph showing the average price for the fuel type for Jeep cars points out to "Flexible Fuel" as being the cheapest fuel type. It is 86 % less expensive than the average market price ($120,838) followed by "Diesel" priced at $60,912. On average the cheapest type of fuel is "Gas". It´s price is 11 % more affordable than the average market value followed by "Gasoline" with a price of $83,622.
The graph displaying the average price for vehicles with doors shows that Jeep automobiles with the cheapest price have 2 doors. They are 65 % cheaper than the average price for this model priced at $42,338. Cars with the lowest price have 4 doors and are 28 % cheaper than the average previously displayed.
