Jeep Vehicles have experienced a considerable decrease in their selling price recently. This model has gone through a strong reduction in its selling price.
The selling price for Jeep cars has had a strong depreciation during the last 6 months we have studied. In June the average price per vehicle is $186,183. During July the price went trough a strong deflation till $146,669. The following two months (August, September) the selling price went through a devaluation of -7 percent in the average selling price compared to the previous two months analyzed. During the last couple of months, the average price has hardly changed, remaining the same going from $160,216 to $158,178 during October and November.
The average price for Jeep has had a strong rise in recent years. Between "before 2000" and 2020, the average price is $26,962.27. There was a significant inflation of the average price in "before 2000" ($25,139) moving up till ($59,295)in 2020. During the next two years (2021, 2022) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 200 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone up 11 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This conclusion was reached from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample ($91,088.75) and the the last two years that were studied (2023, 2024) with a price of $101,263.
The graph that displays the price for Jeep cars according to their mileage shows that those cars within a mileage range of "more than 200,000" are the ones with the lowest price. They are 91 % more affordable than the average price ($153,946). Next with a price of $37,744 and a mileage range of "100,000 - 200,000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most affordable cars is "less than 10,000". It is 13% less expensive than the average market value followed by those cars with a mileage of "10,000 - 25,000" priced at $83,850.
The graph showing the average price for the fuel type for Jeep cars points out to "Diesel" as being the cheapest fuel type. It is 66 % less expensive than the average market price ($153,946) followed by "Hybrid" priced at $61,591. On average the cheapest type of fuel is "Gasoline". It´s price is 29 % more affordable than the average market value followed by "Gas" with a price of $87,865.
The graph displaying the average price for vehicles with doors shows that Jeep automobiles with the cheapest price have 2 doors. They are 72 % cheaper than the average price for this model priced at $43,851. Cars with the lowest price have 4 doors and are 30 % cheaper than the average previously displayed.
