Volkswagen Vehicles have gone through a slight rise in their retail price recently. The prices for this particular model have risen.
The retail prices for Volkswagen cars have increased during the last 6 months. The average price in July was of $56,632. This price hardly went through any changes and remained at $57,785 during August. During the following two months (September, October) the average selling price rose somewhat going from $57,208.5 to $63,449.5. The average price has risen 10 % during the last two months. This result was obtained based on the price for the first four months (PRECIO1!) and the price ($66,629.5) during November and December.
The average price for Volkswagen has had a strong rise in recent years. Between "before 2000" and 2016, the average price is $12,493.89. There was a significant inflation of the average price in "before 2000" ($11,106) moving up till ($32,146)in 2016. During the next two years (2017, 2018) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 234 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone up 8 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This conclusion was reached from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample ($45,081.75) and the the last two years that were studied (2019, 2020) with a price of $48,484.5.

They are 93 % more affordable than the average price ($69,031). Next with a price of $24,273 and a mileage range of "100,000 - 200,000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most affordable cars is "less than 10,000". It is 14% less expensive than the average market value followed by those cars with a mileage of "10,000 - 25,000" priced at $43,679.

It is 70 % less expensive than the average market price ($69,031) followed by "Diesel" priced at $21,828. On average the cheapest type of fuel is "Gasoline". It´s price is 22 % more affordable than the average market value followed by "Gas" with a price of $42,187.
