Volkswagen Vehicles have experienced a considerable decrease in their selling price recently. This model has gone through a strong reduction in its selling price.
The selling price for Volkswagen cars has had a strong depreciation during the last 6 months we have studied. The average price for January is $84,521. During February there was a slight reduction in the selling prices dropping till $74,274. The following two months (March, April) the selling price went through a devaluation of -14 percent in the average selling price compared to the previous two months analyzed. During the last couple of months, the average price has hardly changed, remaining the same going from $73,994 to $71,437 during May and June.
The average price for Volkswagen has had a strong rise in recent years. Between "before 2000" and 2018, the average price is $16,509.2. There was a significant inflation of the average price in "before 2000" ($14,474) moving up till ($39,980)in 2018. During the next two years (2019, 2020) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 183 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone up 10 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This conclusion was reached from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample ($52,061) and the the last two years that were studied (2021, 2022) with a price of $57,434.

They are 92 % more affordable than the average price ($72,140). Next with a price of $28,135 and a mileage range of "100,000 - 200,000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most affordable cars is "less than 10,000". It is 8% less expensive than the average market value followed by those cars with a mileage of "10,000 - 25,000" priced at $53,398.

It is 63 % less expensive than the average market price ($72,140) followed by "Electric" priced at $34,591. On average the cheapest type of fuel is "Gas". It´s price is 29 % more affordable than the average market value followed by "Gasoline" with a price of $51,225.
