Volkswagen Vehicles have experienced a considerable decrease in their selling price recently. This model has gone through a strong reduction in its selling price.
The selling price for Volkswagen cars has had a strong depreciation during the last 6 months we have studied. The average price in March was of $114,188. This price hardly went through any changes and remained at $114,034 during April. The following two months (May, June) the selling price went through a devaluation of -6 percent in the average selling price compared to the previous two months analyzed. In the last two months, the price has gone through a strong devaluation of -31 % compared to the 4 previous average values going down from $110,799.75 to $76,802.
The average price for Volkswagen has had a strong rise in recent years. Between "before 2000" and 2015, the average price is $13,100.94. There was a significant inflation of the average price in "before 2000" ($6,551) moving up till ($29,968)in 2015. During the next two years (2016, 2017) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 171 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone up 14 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This conclusion was reached from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample ($41,054.5) and the the last two years that were studied (2018, 2019) with a price of $46,621.

They are 93 % more affordable than the average price ($71,613). Next with a price of $17,592 and a mileage range of "100,000 - 200,000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most affordable cars is "less than 10,000". It is 9% less expensive than the average market value followed by those cars with a mileage of "10,000 - 25,000" priced at $39,773.

It is 91 % less expensive than the average market price ($71,613) followed by "Diesel" priced at $21,151. On average the cheapest type of fuel is "Gasoline". It´s price is 37 % more affordable than the average market value followed by "Gas" with a price of $26,729.

These are followed by those with 3 doors with an average price of $8,454. Cars with the lowest average price have 4 !doors and are 37 % cheaper than the average followed by those with 2 doors with a selling price of $25,777.
