Volkswagen Vehicles have gone through a slight rise in their retail price recently. The prices for this particular model have risen.
The retail prices for Volkswagen cars have increased during the last 6 months. In August the price for a car is $71,002 increasing till $74,584 in September. During the following two months (October, November) the average selling price rose somewhat going from $72,793 to $82,154. The average price has risen 8 % during the last two months. This result was obtained based on the price for the first four months (PRECIO1!) and the price ($83,922.5) during December and January.
The average price for Volkswagen has become more expensive in recent years. Between "before 2000" and 2019, the average price is $19,566.29. There was a significant inflation of the average price in "before 2000" ($23,414) moving up till ($43,974)in 2019. During the next two years (2020, 2021) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 150 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone up 6 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This conclusion was reached from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample ($52,273.75) and the the last two years that were studied (2022, 2023) with a price of $55,603.

They are 87 % more affordable than the average price ($83,646). Next with a price of $29,405 and a mileage range of "100,000 - 200,000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most affordable cars is "less than 10,000". It is 20% less expensive than the average market value followed by those cars with a mileage of "10,000 - 25,000" priced at $52,817.

It is 73 % less expensive than the average market price ($83,646) followed by "Gas" priced at $47,858. On average the cheapest type of fuel is "Gasoline". It´s price is 31 % more affordable than the average market value followed by "Electric" with a price of $52,512.
