The selling price for Acura RL cars has had a strong depreciation during the last 6 months we have studied. In September the average price per vehicle is $19,191. During October the price went trough a strong deflation till $9,141. The following two months the selling price went through a strong reduction of -23 % compared to the previous two months studied. In the last two months, the price has gone through a strong devaluation of -17 % compared to the 4 previous average values going down from $12,518.25 to $10,440.5.
The average price for Acura RL has had a strong rise in recent years. Between "before 2000" and 2007, the average price is $10,390. There was a significant inflation of the average price in "before 2000" ($4,597) moving up till ($20,474)in 2007. During the next two years (2008, 2009), the average price went up 13 % moving from !PRECIO1! to $11,786.5, During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone through a strong rise of 30 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This was taken from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample ($16,840.25) and the the last two years that have been analyzed (2010, 2011) with a price of $21,894.
