November went through a strong inflation with a rise in the price till $177,920. The average selling price has remained fairly constant during the following two months, going from $161,936.5 to $157,505. The average price has risen 14 % during the last two months. This result was obtained based on the price for the first four months (PRECIO1!) and the price ($181,672) during February and March.
