This price hardly went through any changes and remained at $126,342 during November. The following two months (December, January) the selling price went through a devaluation of -12 percent in the average selling price compared to the previous two months analyzed. During the last couple of months, the average price has hardly changed, remaining the same going from $120,541.25 to $121,401 during February and March.
