Ford Escape Vehicles have gone through a slight rise in their retail price recently. The prices for this particular model have risen.
The retail prices for Ford Escape cars have increased during the last 6 months. The average price in July was of $53,510. This price hardly went through any changes and remained at $53,104 during August. The following two months (September, October) the selling price went through a devaluation of -7 percent in the average selling price compared to the previous two months analyzed. The average price has had spectacular rise of 29 % with an average price of $51,349 during the previous 4 months and $66,423 during the most recent months in November and December.
The average price for Ford Escape has had a strong rise in recent years. Between 2001 and 2020, the average price is $12,803.8. There was a significant inflation of the average price in 2001 ($4,029) moving up till ($34,161)in 2020. During the next two years (2021, 2022) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 170 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone up 8 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This conclusion was reached from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample ($37,493) and the the last two years that were studied (2023, 2024) with a price of $40,377.
