The retail prices for Ford Excursion cars have gone through a strong rise during the last 6 months. During the first month analyzed in August the average price was $29,604. September went through a strong inflation with a rise in the price till $43,395. The average selling price has remained fairly constant during the following two months, going from $36,499.5 to $36,920. During the last couple of months, the average price has hardly changed, remaining the same going from $36,709.75 to $37,767.5 during December and January.

There was a significant inflation of the average price in 2000 ($14,806) moving up till ($17,085)in 2001.
