During October there was a slight reduction in the selling prices dropping till $63,935. During the following two months (November, December) the average selling price rose somewhat going from $67,036.5 to $73,935. In the last two months, the price has gone through a strong devaluation of -16 % compared to the 4 previous average values going down from $70,485.75 to $58,929.
