This price hardly went through any changes and remained at $100,565 during November. The average selling price has remained fairly constant during the following two months, going from $98,498.5 to $95,893.5. During the last couple of months, the average price has hardly changed, remaining the same going from $97,196 to $99,799.5 during February and March.
