Price for Lexus GS
Lexus GS Vehicles have experienced a considerable decrease in their selling price recently. This model has gone through a strong reduction in its selling price.
The selling price for Lexus GS cars has had a strong depreciation during the last 6 months we have studied. The average price for April is $55,384. During May there was a slight reduction in the selling prices dropping till $47,763. The following two months (June, July) the selling price went through a devaluation of -7 percent in the average selling price compared to the previous two months analyzed. In the last two, the price has gone through a -12 % devaluation compared to the previous average values going down from $49,712.25 to $43,976 during August and September.
The average price for Lexus GS has had a strong rise in recent years. Between "before 2000" and 2016, the average price is $13,564.73. There was a significant inflation of the average price in "before 2000" ($3,107) moving up till ($33,403)in 2016. During the next two years (2017, 2018) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 175 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone up 6 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This conclusion was reached from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample ($39,525.75) and the the last two years that were studied (2019, 2020) with a price of $41,792.5.
