Mazda B-Series Vehicles have gone through a strong increase in their selling price recently. There has been a considerable inflation in the selling prices for this model.
The retail prices for Mazda B-Series cars have gone through a strong rise during the last 6 months. During the first month analyzed in August the average price was $4,671. September went through a strong inflation with a rise in the price till $5,375. The average selling price has remained fairly constant during the following two months, going from $5,023 to $5,208. The average price has risen 10 % during the last two months. This result was obtained based on the price for the first four months (PRECIO1!) and the price ($5,632.5) during December and January.
The average price for Mazda B-Series has become more expensive in recent years. During "before 2000" and "before 2000", the average price was $5,259. During this period, prices pretty much remained constant. During the next two years the average price($5,195.5) has hardly changed, remaining at a constant value compared to the previous period. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone up 8 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This conclusion was reached from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample ($5,653.5) and the the last two years that were studied (2002, 2008) with a price of $6,111.5.
The graph that displays the price for Mazda B-Series cars according to their mileage shows that those cars within a mileage range of "more than 200,000" are the ones with the lowest price. They are 51 % more affordable than the average price ($5,604). Next with a price of $4,685 and a mileage range of "less than 10,000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most expensive cars is "50,000 - 100,000". It is 47% more costly than the average market value followed by those vehicles with a mileage of "100,000 - 200,000" and a price of $5,314.
