Mazda B-Series Vehicles have gone through a strong increase in their selling price recently. There has been a considerable inflation in the selling prices for this model.
The retail prices for Mazda B-Series cars have gone through a strong rise during the last 6 months. The average price in October was of $5,490. This price hardly went through any changes and remained at $5,550 during November. During the following two months (December, January) the average selling price rose somewhat going from $5,520 to $6,219.5. The average price has had spectacular rise of 31 % with an average price of $5,869.75 during the previous 4 months and $7,666.5 during the most recent months in February and March.
The average price for Mazda B-Series has had a strong rise in recent years. Between "before 2000" and 2004, the average price is $6,514.33. There was a significant inflation of the average price in "before 2000" ($4,202) moving up till ($8,436)in 2004. During the next two years (2005, 2006) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 34 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone up 13 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This conclusion was reached from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample ($10,034.25) and the the last two years that were studied (2007, 2008) with a price of $11,346.5.
