Mercedes Benz C Class Vehicles have gone through a strong increase in their selling price recently. There has been a considerable inflation in the selling prices for this model.
The retail prices for Mercedes Benz C Class cars have gone through a strong rise during the last 6 months. In November the price for a car is $78,108 increasing till $86,525 in December. During the following two months (January, February) the average selling price rose somewhat going from $82,316.5 to $90,401. The average price has risen 7 % during the last two months. This result was obtained based on the price for the first four months (PRECIO1!) and the price ($92,374) during March and April.
The average price for Mercedes Benz C Class has had a strong rise in recent years. Between "before 2000" and 2015, the average price is $24,350.94. There was a significant inflation of the average price in "before 2000" ($5,204) moving up till ($35,286)in 2015. During the next two years (2016, 2017) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 135 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone through a strong rise of 17 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This was taken from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample ($68,926.5) and the the last two years that have been analyzed (2018, 2019) with a price of $80,749.
