The selling price for Nissan 350Z cars has had a strong depreciation during the last 6 months we have studied. The average price in May was of $30,460. This price hardly went through any changes and remained at $30,454 during June. The following two months the selling price went through a strong reduction of -16 % compared to the previous two months studied. In the last two months, the price has gone through a strong devaluation of -41 % compared to the 4 previous average values going down from $27,950.75 to $16,351.5.
The average price for Nissan 350Z has had a strong rise in recent years. Between 2003 and 2007, the average price is $9,784.6. There was a significant inflation of the average price in 2003 ($7,999) moving up till ($11,385)in 2007. During the next two years (2008, 2009) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 23 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone through a strong rise of 22 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This was taken from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample ($15,436.5) and the the last two years that have been analyzed (2010, 2016) with a price of $18,875.5.
