Pontiac Sunfire Vehicles have gone through a slight decrease in their retail price recently. This model has gone through an overall fall in its selling price.
The selling price for Pontiac Sunfire cars has fallen during the last 6 months we have analyzed. The average price in April was of $2,894. This price hardly went through any changes and remained at $3,011 during May. The following two months the selling price went through a strong reduction of -21 % compared to the previous two months studied. The average price has risen 6 % during the last two months. This result was obtained based on the price for the first four months (PRECIO1!) and the price ($2,811) during August and September.
The average price for Pontiac Sunfire has become more expensive in recent years. During the first sample analyzed, going from "before 2000" to 2001, the average price was $2,519.33. Please take note of of the significant depreciation in the prices between "before 2000" ($2,728) and 2001 ($1,994). During the next two years (2002, 2003) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 18 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone up 5 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This conclusion was reached from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample ($3,139.75) and the the last two years that were studied (2004, 2005) with a price of $3,312.
The graph that displays the price for Pontiac Sunfire cars according to their mileage shows that those cars within a mileage range of "less than 10,000" are the ones with the lowest price. They are 29 % more affordable than the average price ($2,803). Next with a price of $1,998 and a mileage range of "more than 200,000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most expensive cars is "25,000 - 50,000". It is 73% more costly than the average market value followed by those vehicles with a mileage of "50,000 - 100,000" and a price of $3,101.

It is 7 % less expensive than the average market price ($2,803) followed by "Gas" priced at $3,295. On average the most expensive type of fuel is "Gas". It´s price is 18 % higher than the average market price followed by "Gasoline" which costs $2,609.
