The selling prices for Tesla Model S cars have remained constant in the last 6 months. The average price in October was of $110,115. This price hardly went through any changes and remained at $110,808 during November. The following two months (December, January) the selling price went through a devaluation of -6 percent in the average selling price compared to the previous two months analyzed. During the last couple of months, the average price has hardly changed, remaining the same going from $107,040 to $105,718.5 during February and March.
The average price for Tesla Model S has had a strong rise in recent years. Between 2012 and 2019, the average price is $39,490.75. There was a significant inflation of the average price in 2012 ($22,275) moving up till ($48,079)in 2019. During the next two years (2020, 2021) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 86 %. During the last two years the price has remained constant with regard to the previous 4 years, going from an average price of $74,749.75 in 2022 and $75,944.5 during 2023.
