The Scion is a part of the Toyota family. It was introduced in 2002 and continued to have a very strong customer base. The concept behind the vehicles is to appeal to the Generation Y consumers. The first two models were released in 2003 and did very well. They were the xB which is a wagon and the xA which is a hatchback.

There is only one trim offered for Scion vehicles, and they have a reputation for a haggle free pricing system. The cube like shape of some of the models is very unique. The vehicles are comfortable with plenty of leg room and cargo area. There are also sedans offered that are more in line with other competitor car designs for the consumer that doesn’t want a car that stands out.

Consumers are very impressed with the overall safety of the Scion. It gets top reviews in every category. Driving a reliable vehicle that is comfortable is important, but nothing can match the feeling of knowing you are very safe in that vehicle too.

There are 5 Scion models offered, and plans to introduce more in the future. The xB and xD models were discontinued in 2012 to make way for some new concepts on the horizon. “United by Originality” is their slogan.
