Acura Vehicles have gone through a strong increase in their selling price recently. There has been a considerable inflation in the selling prices for this model.
The retail prices for Acura cars have gone through a strong rise during the last 6 months. The average price in November was of $161,239. This price hardly went through any changes and remained at $158,346 during December. During the following two months (January, February) the average selling price rose somewhat going from $159,792.5 to $183,085.5. The average price has had spectacular rise of 19 % with an average price of $171,439 during the previous 4 months and $204,341.5 during the most recent months in March and April.
The average price for Acura has gone through a significant depreciation in recent years. During "before 2000" and 2019, the average price was $32,677.38. During this period, prices pretty much remained constant. During the next two years (2020, 2021) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 67 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone through a strong rise of 28 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This was taken from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample ($76,141.75) and the the last two years that have been analyzed (2022, 2023) with a price of $97,787.
