Chrysler Vehicles have gone through a slight rise in their retail price recently. The prices for this particular model have risen.
The retail prices for Chrysler cars have increased during the last 6 months. The average price in March was of $65,602. This price hardly went through any changes and remained at $67,087 during April. During the following two months (May, June) the average selling price rose somewhat going from $66,344.5 to $70,417.5. The average price has risen 5 % during the last two months. This result was obtained based on the price for the first four months (PRECIO1!) and the price ($71,890.5) during July and August.
The average price for Chrysler has had a strong rise in recent years. Between "before 2000" and 2016, the average price is $12,220.28. There was a significant inflation of the average price in "before 2000" ($5,634) moving up till ($28,247)in 2016. During the next two years (2017, 2018) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 233 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone up 10 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This conclusion was reached from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample ($45,170.5) and the the last two years that were studied (2019, 2020) with a price of $49,698.5.
The graph that displays the price for Chrysler cars according to their mileage shows that those cars within a mileage range of "more than 200,000" are the ones with the lowest price. They are 93 % more affordable than the average price ($78,570). Next with a price of $18,831 and a mileage range of "100,000 - 200,000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most affordable cars is "less than 10,000". It is 21% less expensive than the average market value followed by those cars with a mileage of "25,000 - 50,000" priced at $39,458.
The graph showing the average price for the fuel type for Chrysler cars points out to "Flexible Fuel" as being the cheapest fuel type. It is 77 % less expensive than the average market price ($78,570) followed by "Gas" priced at $36,748. On average the cheapest type of fuel is "Diesel". It´s price is 43 % more affordable than the average market value followed by "Gasoline" with a price of $40,663.
The graph displaying the average price for vehicles with doors shows that Chrysler automobiles with the cheapest price have 2 doors. They are 91 % cheaper than the average price for this model priced at $7,169. Cars with the lowest price have 4 doors and are 40 % cheaper than the average previously displayed.
