Hyundai Sonata

A terrific vehicle in the class of compact SUVs is the Hyundai Sonata. It gets good fuel mileage, offering 23 mpg in the city and 31 mpg on the highway. It ranks very high on the list of affordable and well-built SUVs so that is very encouraging for consumers.

This SUV is very roomy and that is one of the main selling points it offers. Just because it is compact doesn’t mean you aren’t going to feel relaxed and be able to spread out, even when you have 5 people in the vehicle. There is plenty of storage and the backseat also folds down if you need more storage occasionally.

The engine with the Hyundai Sonata is decent, but it isn’t as powerful as what some of the competitors in the small SUV category offer. Still, you aren’t going to be struggling for power in regards to accelerating or passing in this vehicle.

The exterior is basic, but it is still a nice looking vehicle. Some of the models have upgraded trim and a sunroof offered. This is a very safe vehicle and it has a standard backup camera to help reduce the risk of accidents.
