Honda Vehicles have gone through a strong increase in their selling price recently. There has been a considerable inflation in the selling prices for this model.
The retail prices for Honda cars have gone through a strong rise during the last 6 months. In September the price for a car is $189,540 increasing till $214,531 in October. During the following two months (November, December) the average selling price experienced a noticeable rise, going up 22 % from $202,035.5 to $245,601.5. The average price has had spectacular rise of 26 % with an average price of $223,818.5 during the previous 4 months and $282,671 during the most recent months in January and February.
The average price for Honda has had a strong rise in recent years. Between "before 2000" and 2020, the average price is $25,967.18. There was a significant inflation of the average price in "before 2000" ($17,379) moving up till ($47,166)in 2020. During the next two years (2021, 2022) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 88 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone through a strong rise of 20 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This was taken from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample ($61,065.25) and the the last two years that have been analyzed (2023, 2024) with a price of $73,312.
