Honda Vehicles have experienced a considerable decrease in their selling price recently. This model has gone through a strong reduction in its selling price.
The selling price for Honda cars has had a strong depreciation during the last 6 months we have studied. In June the average price per vehicle is $115,025. During July the price went trough a strong deflation till $76,479. The following two months (August, September) the selling price went through a devaluation of -15 percent in the average selling price compared to the previous two months analyzed. The average price has risen 11 % during the last two months. This result was obtained based on the price for the first four months (PRECIO1!) and the price ($98,089) during October and November.
The average price for Honda has had a strong rise in recent years. Between "before 2000" and 2015, the average price is $16,735.29. There was a significant inflation of the average price in "before 2000" ($9,513) moving up till ($30,027)in 2015. During the next two years (2016, 2017) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 131 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone up 10 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This conclusion was reached from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample ($42,787.5) and the the last two years that were studied (2018, 2019) with a price of $46,925.
The graph that displays the price for Honda cars according to their mileage shows that those cars within a mileage range of "more than 200,000" are the ones with the lowest price. They are 91 % more affordable than the average price ($106,714). Next with a price of $21,981 and a mileage range of "100,000 - 200,000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most affordable cars is "less than 10,000". It is 23% less expensive than the average market value followed by those cars with a mileage of "10,000 - 25,000" priced at $41,978.
The graph showing the average price for the fuel type for Honda cars points out to "Hybrid" as being the cheapest fuel type. It is 76 % less expensive than the average market price ($106,714) followed by "Gas" priced at $29,056. On average the cheapest type of fuel is "Gasoline". It´s price is 56 % more affordable than the average market value followed by "Gas" with a price of $29,056.
The graph showing the average price for Honda cars displays those with 2 doors as the cheapest ones. They are 77 % more affordable than the average price ($106,714). These are followed by those with 5 doors with an average price of $27,370. Cars with the lowest price have 4 doors and are 51 % cheaper than the average previously displayed.
