Toyota Vehicles have experienced a considerable decrease in their selling price recently. This model has gone through a strong reduction in its selling price.
The selling price for Toyota cars has had a strong depreciation during the last 6 months we have studied. In November the average price per vehicle is $241,071. During December the price went trough a strong deflation till $174,070. The following two months (January, February) the selling price went through a devaluation of -9 percent in the average selling price compared to the previous two months analyzed. In the last two months, the price has gone through a strong devaluation of -22 % compared to the 4 previous average values going down from $197,889.5 to $153,408.
The average price for Toyota has become more expensive in recent years. Between "before 2000" and 2015, the average price is $36,636.88. There was a significant inflation of the average price in "before 2000" ($38,463) moving up till ($47,929)in 2015. During the next two years (2016, 2017) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 70 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone through a strong rise of 15 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This was taken from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample ($73,509) and the the last two years that have been analyzed (2018, 2019) with a price of $84,600.5.
The graph that displays the price for Toyota cars according to their mileage shows that those cars within a mileage range of "more than 200,000" are the ones with the lowest price. They are 85 % more affordable than the average price ($152,424). Next with a price of $38,898 and a mileage range of "100,000 - 200,000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most affordable cars is "less than 10,000". It is 4% less expensive than the average market value followed by those cars with a mileage of "10,000 - 25,000" priced at $63,576.
The graph showing the average price for the fuel type for Toyota cars points out to "Gas" as being the cheapest fuel type. It is 78 % less expensive than the average market price ($152,424) followed by "Flexible" priced at $44,521. On average the cheapest type of fuel is "Gasoline". It´s price is 53 % more affordable than the average market value followed by "Hybrid" with a price of $50,600.
The graph showing the average price for Toyota cars displays those with 3 doors as the cheapest ones. They are 96 % more affordable than the average price ($152,424). These are followed by those with 5 doors with an average price of $27,528. Cars with the lowest average price have 4 !doors and are 41 % cheaper than the average followed by those with 2 doors with a selling price of $32,568.
