Mazda MPV Vehicles have gone through a slight rise in their retail price recently. The prices for this particular model have risen.
The retail prices for Mazda MPV cars have increased during the last 6 months. The average price in October was of $4,121. This price hardly went through any changes and remained at $3,973 during November. During the following two months (December, January) the average selling price rose somewhat going from $4,047 to $4,588. The average price has had spectacular rise of 17 % with an average price of $4,317.5 during the previous 4 months and $5,048 during the most recent months in February and March.
The average price for Mazda MPV has remained constant in recent years. During the first sample analyzed (2000 - 2002), the average selling price stood at $5,504. During this time, the price for 2000 which was $5,460 decreased to $4,737 during 2002. Cars belonging to the model aforementioned had a price deflation of -11 percent in the next two years (2003, 2004) compared to the previous two years. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone up 13 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This conclusion was reached from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample ($5,614) and the the last two years that were studied (2005, 2006) with a price of $6,324.5.
The graph that displays the price for Mazda MPV cars according to their mileage shows that those cars within a mileage range of "more than 200,000" are the ones with the lowest price. They are 41 % more affordable than the average price ($5,055). Next with a price of $4,686 and a mileage range of "100,000 - 200,000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most expensive cars is "50,000 - 100,000". It is 17% more costly than the average market value followed by those vehicles with a mileage of "less than 10,000" and a price of $5,310.
The graph showing the average price for the fuel type for Mazda MPV cars points out to "Gasoline" as being the cheapest fuel type. It is 1 % less expensive than the average market price ($5,055) followed by "Gas" priced at $6,371. On average the most expensive type of fuel is "Gas". It´s price is 26 % higher than the average market price followed by "Gasoline" which costs $4,991.
