Nissan Altima Vehicles have experienced a considerable decrease in their selling price recently. This model has gone through a strong reduction in its selling price.
The selling price for Nissan Altima cars has had a strong depreciation during the last 6 months we have studied. The average price for April is $48,362. During May there was a slight reduction in the selling prices dropping till $44,066. The following two months (June, July) the selling price went through a devaluation of -13 percent in the average selling price compared to the previous two months analyzed. In the last two, the price has gone through a -11 % devaluation compared to the previous average values going down from $43,103 to $38,414 during August and September.
The average price for Nissan Altima has had a strong rise in recent years. Between "before 2000" and 2015, the average price is $8,972.12. There was a significant inflation of the average price in "before 2000" ($2,905) moving up till ($22,020)in 2015. During the next two years (2016, 2017) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 194 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone up 10 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This conclusion was reached from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample ($29,312.5) and the the last two years that were studied (2018, 2019) with a price of $32,262.5.
