Nissan Altima Vehicles have gone through a strong increase in their selling price recently. There has been a considerable inflation in the selling prices for this model.
The retail prices for Nissan Altima cars have gone through a strong rise during the last 6 months. In December the price for a car is $37,765 increasing till $40,294 in January. During the following two months (February, March) the average selling price rose somewhat going from $39,029.5 to $43,662. The average price has risen 12 % during the last two months. This result was obtained based on the price for the first four months (PRECIO1!) and the price ($46,214) during April and May.
The average price for Nissan Altima has had a strong rise in recent years. Between "before 2000" and 2015, the average price is $18,477.18. There was a significant inflation of the average price in "before 2000" ($4,950) moving up till ($24,895)in 2015. During the next two years (2016, 2017) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 30 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone up 12 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This conclusion was reached from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample ($27,324.25) and the the last two years that were studied (2018, 2019) with a price of $30,712.5.
