Ford Taurus Vehicles have gone through a slight rise in their retail price recently. The prices for this particular model have risen.
The retail prices for Ford Taurus cars have increased during the last 6 months. During the first month analyzed in November the average price was $36,548. December went through a strong inflation with a rise in the price till $61,377. The following two months the selling price went through a strong reduction of -30 % compared to the previous two months studied. In the last two, the price has gone through a -14 % devaluation compared to the previous average values going down from $41,686.25 to $35,664 during March and April.
The average price for Ford Taurus has had a strong rise in recent years. Between "before 2000" and 2015, the average price is $8,769. There was a significant inflation of the average price in "before 2000" ($3,147) moving up till ($21,174)in 2015. During the next two years (2016, 2017) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 156 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone up 14 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This conclusion was reached from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample ($26,026.25) and the the last two years that were studied (2018, 2019) with a price of $29,591.

It is 12% less expensive than the average market value followed by those cars with a mileage of "less than 10,000" priced at $28,310.
