Ford Vehicles have gone through a slight rise in their retail price recently. The prices for this particular model have risen.
The retail prices for Ford cars have increased during the last 6 months. In October the price for a car is $474,854 increasing till $537,497 in November. The average selling price has remained fairly constant during the following two months, going from $506,175.5 to $486,637.5. The average price has risen 6 % during the last two months. This result was obtained based on the price for the first four months (PRECIO1!) and the price ($524,109.5) during February and March.
The average price for Ford has had a strong rise in recent years. Between "before 2000" and 2015, the average price is $64,987.65. There was a significant inflation of the average price in "before 2000" ($50,228) moving up till ($72,903)in 2015. During the next two years (2016, 2017) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 40 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone up 12 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This conclusion was reached from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample ($103,374) and the the last two years that were studied (2018, 2019) with a price of $115,496.5.
The graph that displays the price for Ford cars according to their mileage shows that those cars within a mileage range of "more than 200,000" are the ones with the lowest price. They are 94 % more affordable than the average price ($521,969). Next with a price of $86,588 and a mileage range of "10,000 - 25,000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most affordable cars is "less than 10,000". It is 13% less expensive than the average market value followed by those cars with a mileage of "50,000 - 100,000" priced at $112,513.
The graph showing the average price for the fuel type for Ford cars points out to "Flexible Fuel" as being the cheapest fuel type. It is 90 % less expensive than the average market price ($521,969) followed by "Flexible" priced at $68,809. On average the cheapest type of fuel is "Gasoline". It´s price is 53 % more affordable than the average market value followed by "Diesel" with a price of $123,462.
The graph showing the average price for Ford cars displays those with 5 doors as the cheapest ones. They are 97 % more affordable than the average price ($521,969). These are followed by those with 3 doors with an average price of $45,632. Cars with the lowest average price have 2 !doors and are 79 % cheaper than the average followed by those with 4 doors with a selling price of $100,329.
