Ford Vehicles have experienced a considerable decrease in their selling price recently. This model has gone through a strong reduction in its selling price.
The selling price for Ford cars has had a strong depreciation during the last 6 months we have studied. In March the average price per vehicle is $760,652. During April the price went trough a strong deflation till $572,608. The following two months the selling price went through a strong reduction of -23 % compared to the previous two months studied. In the last two months, the price has gone through a strong devaluation of -18 % compared to the 4 previous average values going down from $591,164.25 to $482,281.5.
The average price for Ford has had a strong rise in recent years. Between "before 2000" and 2014, the average price is $50,205.81. There was a significant inflation of the average price in "before 2000" ($30,829) moving up till ($65,109)in 2014. During the next two years (2015, 2016) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 59 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone through a strong rise of 17 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This was taken from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample ($96,214.25) and the the last two years that have been analyzed (2017, 2018) with a price of $112,688.
The graph that displays the price for Ford cars according to their mileage shows that those cars within a mileage range of "more than 200,000" are the ones with the lowest price. They are 93 % more affordable than the average price ($467,943). Next with a price of $79,205 and a mileage range of "50,000 - 100,000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most affordable cars is "less than 10,000". It is 20% less expensive than the average market value followed by those cars with a mileage of "100,000 - 200,000" priced at $108,278.
The graph showing the average price for the fuel type for Ford cars points out to "Flexible Fuel" as being the cheapest fuel type. It is 90 % less expensive than the average market price ($467,943) followed by "Flexible" priced at $62,750. On average the cheapest type of fuel is "Gasoline". It´s price is 44 % more affordable than the average market value followed by "Diesel" with a price of $113,884.
The graph showing the average price for Ford cars displays those with 5 doors as the cheapest ones. They are 96 % more affordable than the average price ($467,943). These are followed by those with 3 doors with an average price of $45,371. Cars with the lowest average price have 2 !doors and are 67 % cheaper than the average followed by those with 4 doors with a selling price of $103,261.
